We are a well established guest house close to Windermere, in the heart of the Lake District. We offer excellent value bed and breakfast accommodation for visitors to Cumbria.
Built in traditional Lakeland stone and style, our guest house sits quietly in an elevated position between the villages of Windermere and Bowness.
As a guest house we offer bed and breakfast alongside an extensive choice dinner menu.

Our guest house is situated in a idyllic location and offers you spacious, quality rooms with modern facilities and wonderful food. Our bedrooms are mostly double-bedded, some four-posters, all en-suite showers and some baths, with 2 family-rooms (one a four-poster).
With easy access to many local and surrounding attraction like Lake Windermere, where you can take a steam boat across the lake to Bowness and visit the lakeside attractions or even catch an original steam train and enjoy a relaxing ride. In the town of Windermere, there are plenty of places to eat and drink and loads of shops to buy gifts for the loved ones.
